Extending the trial

The standard LemRank free trial duration is 14 days. This period is systematically applied to all new users upon account creation.

If you require additional time to evaluate the platform beyond the initial 14 days, you may contact LemRank support. Extension requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Reasons for requesting an extension might include:

• Team availability: If key team members were unavailable during the initial trial period.
• Project timelines: If your project's launch or critical evaluation phase extended beyond the typical trial window.
• Technical issues: If you encountered unforeseen technical difficulties that hindered your evaluation.

Contacting support with a clear explanation of your need for an extension will facilitate the review process.

Cancelling before charging

Since a credit card is not required to begin the LemRank free trial, there is no automatic billing initiated at the conclusion of the trial period. Therefore, there is no explicit "cancellation" process required to prevent charges.

If you decide not to proceed with a paid subscription after your trial ends, your account will simply transition to the limited free tier. You will not be charged.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data after the trial, you can do so from your account settings or by contacting LemRank support.

Trial-to-paid conversion mechanics

If you decide to subscribe to a paid plan during or after your trial, the conversion process is designed to be seamless.

To convert your trial account to a paid subscription:

1. Access Subscription Page: Navigate to the "Billing & Plans" section within your LemRank dashboard.
2. Select Plan: Choose the desired subscription plan (e.g., Pro, Business, Enterprise).
3. Enter Payment Details: Provide your credit card or other accepted payment information.
4. Confirm Subscription: Review your plan details and confirm your subscription.

Upon successful payment, your account will immediately upgrade to the chosen paid plan. All project data, configurations, and settings you established during the trial will be preserved and become fully active under the new plan's limits. For example, if you convert from a trial (72-hour rank tracking) to a Pro plan (24-hour rank tracking), your existing keywords will immediately begin updating at the 24-hour frequency.
